Reynolds Plant Hire & Construction Ltd. were awarded the groundworks package.  This consisted of demolition, site clearance, excavation, rock breaking, strip foundations, shuttered boundary walls, pipework, septic tank & percolation area, rain water harvesting tank, kerbing, footpaths, leveled raked and seeded lawns & power floated concrete floor.
